Just looking for a couple of different opinions are the following two tire choices,


I Have a 07 Flareside looking at leveling it and putting some all terrain tires don't want to buy new rims or anything like that, Any help on the following tires below would be appreciated. I have been looking and searching forums and reading alot of information just trying to get some first hand info,

I am only interested in the following two tires.

BF Goodrich All Terrain KO 285 75 17

Pro Comp Extreme All Terrian 285 75 17

 

Every vehicle I see with the bfgs makes me jealous. My neighbor has them on 3 of his cars in all different sizes and they all look fantastic. And I've heard less than positive reviews about the pro comps.

 

I just bought the All Terrains for my work truck. It's like getting a new truck again! I have owned them before and they hold good traction throughout the life of the tires.

I have no experience with others

 

Thanks for the info, I have seen alot BFGS around must be for a good reason right, I think I am going for the BFGS always liked the look of the tire and haven't really heard to many bad things about them, are they a loud tire, well I guess my magnflow dual exhaust is loud already so tires will not be that bad.

i love mine. got 31k so far on em with 7/32 of tread left.

my dad had two sets on his excursion. got like 45k on his first and replaced them with another. ended up selling his truck and got an ecoboost. he cant wait to get them crap goodyears off and get a set of BFGs on there.

they are not a loud tire at all. minimal drone.
