Default Timing help

I made a mistake between the denoting the sides (right and left). After taking the tensioners off, the right side and left side look way off. I also may not have had a controlled release.

crankshaft keyway is at 12 o clock position.

can someone guide me on how to get the timing back on correctly.

i was going to replace the roller followers, lash adjusters, phasers and other timing components.

Should i take the roller followers out and then spin the crank to be in the right position.

thank you so much for advice

Keyway on the crank goes at 11 O clock
That puts the timing mark at 6 on the sprocket
That is where you can line up the colored links and time the cams
There are hundreds of videos about doing this on YouTube
Fordtechmakuloco is some of the better ones
Use all Ford parts
I'd leave the HLA's alone
I would inspect the roller in every follower / rocker arm, and replace them with Ford parts if the roller is worn or the roller rolls raspy
