Default Timing error

Hope I can get some advice on a possible VCT issue. Symptoms are low power and occasional lean 171-174 codes when pushed hard. Got to looking at a few things last night on a SnapOn scanner. Bank 1 VCTADV duty cycle is 0, cam position is 0 and VCTADVERR is 0...but on bank 2 VCT duty cycle is 0 and VCTADVERR fluctuates inversely of the actual cam position. Cam position is reading +.25 to +.31 or so and error is reading -.25 to -.31. Is this enough error to really bother with? LTFT on bank 2 hovers around +2.3 at idle and never seems to zero out.
Also noticed that my Baro reading is about 146. Should be more like 156 for NW Wisconsin. Is the baro sensor in the MAF or is it a separate sensor? Is there a calibration through the PCM?
The cam phasers have been changed out but not the VCT solenoids.
Finally starting to find some issues that the STEALERSHIP gave up on.

Oh yeah...the Snapon scanner read my IAT exactly inverse of my little cheap scanner. Mine read about +28F and the SnapOn read -28F. Actual air temp was about 20F.

Thanks! Jeff
