Can't find device recommendations for timing chain in the manual. Anyone know at what mileage Ford suggests this service?

Anyone replaced timing chain?

 

Searched for service interval and all I found was wear and replacement. No service interval stated. (I guess being that they are metal chain) I have read of members being proactive and changing the chains, tensioners and assorted parts. I have a 4.6 so I can't say any more than that.

 

Thanks. I didn't expect there to really be any periodic maintenance to it. But I would imagine that replacement would be recommended at a certain mileage.
