hey guys my truck has a rough vibration in the steering wheel and around the front of the truck, i had my wheels balance already and i was wondering if it could be a tie rod issue. it only shakes around 65 or 70 mph. please let me know what you think. thanks in advance.

 

i also bought this truck with perelli scorpion tires on 18s and i havent heard many good things about these tires.
