I was installing a plastic bed liner the other day and i ended up snapping off most of the bolts that hold the tie downs anchors in place because they were soo rested.

any suggestions on the best way to repair them? Should I drill them out?

 

it depends on how bad they really are i would probalby drill and easy out them just be sure to not mess up the nutplates
