Default Ticking in low idle

I have an 08 4.6 v8 that has been making more of a ticking noise when idling or at Low speeds (under 30).
video attached taken from driver wheelwell, although it is audible from the cab and engine bay as well. Searching it up said it could be cam related or worn lifters. Thoughts?

That is a lot more than a ticking noise.
A serious valve train issue to address before it comes apart and does damage.
Good luck.
