Default Thump

So guys I have a question about my 2008. When driving at around 60 yesterday I downshifted once going up a hill and heard a single thump. I’m not great with transmission stuff, so I did some googling.

It it doesn’t do it every downshift, and at lower speeds I didn’t notice it at all. It doesn’t do anymore than 1 thump, not any repeats.

Could this be a mount issue? Or transmission?

Could be the mount or possibly the yoke in the drive shaft.

Usually the yoke just needs greased.
