Part number on rockauto the same for 04 - 05 for 5.4l engine
You should know there was a bad series of throttle body on these years . I know I had to upgrade to later model after it conked out on me a bunch of times .
It is more complex than it looks . No amount of cleaning or replacing tps sensor would fix it . The gas pedal sends signal to pcm , pcm encodes a signal and sends it to circuit card on side of motor of throttle body ,it decodes it and drives motor. Tps tells pcm where shaft is at -- any mismatch and boom it shutsdown . So it can be mechanical in motor ,or shaft, or circuit board failure. I bought a new one oem off ebay For around $200 latest model years ago ..
05 had a bad series and could be identified by sticker number . Mine was out of warranty so I had to eat it . They also had bad series of fuel injectors and they could wreck your engine so at 100k I replaced with new not reman . Going to replace at 200k also now at 194k .

Not so much year as model number of throttle body listing will check your year
I think the bad series started with a 3 I went with the 8 series . This is oemselect ebay he will sell you the right part ,always did me good .
