I have a 2006 f150 with the 5.4 motor and was wondering if any one had the throttle body spacer on there truck if so what did you put on and did it make a diffrence if so how much of a diffrence did it make

I'm trying to add more mods to my truck but not sure what to add i want to add a flowmaster 40 series si/do exhaust on it already have k&n airfilter well any thanks alot

 

get a programmer if you want some power. tb spacer are a waste of money and just make whistling sounds when you get on the throttle. an exhaust should help out nicely, have you taken a look at the size of the oem muffler? its huge, heavy, and restrictive.

 

Waste of money.Tell you what.Send me the money for the throttle body spacer and i will put that money to better use.Does nothing for our trucks.Like said above,makes a whistle sound and gets you laughed at if you show someone the spacer.

The only way I can see a use for a TB spacer is using it as a nitrous plate. Other than that it makes a great door stop.
