Mine was a smoked Anzo LED light. Running strong with no issues!!!

Here's what the Recon looks like. Mine is basically black. On my black truck, you can barely see it. The middle is tinted red and the bed lights are just .... dark. Storm's looks lighter somehow. Maybe I ordered blackout instead of smoke!

They both look pretty good. Storm, did u have to do the same install procedure as Mechanik?

Mine didn't come with very good instructions but it was pretty much cut and dry and common sense. Wasn't hard for even I to figure out, and it was a very easy install.

Mine is made by ANZO, as pictured from the same Amazon.com ad I pictured. So, it's not the same light.

I've had my spyder tail lights and 3rd brake light for a few years now with no complaints .. I agree about fishing the rest of the harness out to get the right connector to make them plug and play .. I was just about to cut the wires when I decided to take a look at the directions lol .
