Default Third Brake Light Install

I just purchased a smoked third brake light for my F150... it has one connection: a plug in type connection. When I took off the original third brake light, it seems to have been altered and has three connections, one connection for each lightbulb. What can I do to install this new third brake light?

The connector to the third brake light is back inside the cab. If you look into the hole where the light sits, slightly to the right you will see a white clip holding the wire in place, push that out and pull the whole wire and you will find the connector. It took quite a bit of force to get to mine

Thank you! This actually was a pain in the ***, I cut myself pretty deep sticking my hand around in there... took a while to get a screwdriver to get that clip loose. Light looks good but will need silicon. Thanks again.
