Default Tensioner pulley

Ok so I have an 05 4.6 and my tensioner pulley is on it's way out. My question is can I replace just the pulley part of it or do I have to replace the whole tensioner pulley itself?

You can punch out the bearing and replace it if you can find it otherwise just spend the $20 at an auto store and get the entire pulley/bearing.
Edit: My bad I misread. You can just replace the pulley off the tensioner instead of the entire thing.

Hi.

For $20 you can buy new bearings for all the idlers and tensioner. Why throw away a perfectly good pulley?

Bearing part # is F A G 6203-2RS - (all pulleys use this same bearing)

OP - Discussed here: https://www.f150forum.com/f2/squeali...hlight=bearing

good luck

Excellent thanks for the replies guys that's the answer I was hoping for. I'll pick up a new bearing instead of replacing the whole thing.

Does anyone know the shaft size? Is it 3/4, 17mm, 16mm or 5/8?

Well it's fixed, picked up a new bearing from motion Canada for $8 now no more noise. I took a listen to all of the other pulleys with a stethoscope and none are making noise so I left those alone for now.
