Yea I mean I've had a tension pulley wobble a little bit before but replaced it right away. But I have never seen something like this either, the belt wasn't slipping or anything like it. I actually had to jump start my truck about 2 days before and after it was running with the hood up there was no noises that would me suspect something was going on. But thanks for the help, yea I'm going to go the more picky way haha. Thanks gentlemen.

you could fill the gaps w/ some JB weld if you just want to fix it the easy way. we have used JB weld in a pinch to fix a water jacket on one of our racing blocks that we did a little to much porting too. raced it for 3 years without a problem just make sure you give it more than ample time to set up completely before you try going anywhere.

yeah thats been grinding for awhile, awhile back i could hear an almost hissing noise comming from my truck. i drove it around for a week or so and then took a look. my tensioner pully's bearing had completely been ground through so just the pully was setting on the arm.

Alright guys thanks for all the input. So today was the day I was going to start taking apart my truck to fix it, but bad luck struck and someone stole my truck last night.

Think of the upside, you don't have to fix it now. Hope you have insurance. New truck time???

Oh snap. was the tension pulley still off of it? if so that means no belt...which means no motor. did you have full coverage on it?

I'll bet the thief did not get far unless he used a hauler.
