Looked in previous posts where there were problems with the tailgate hinge rod binding/popping. All responses were that they had to get repaired, but no posts indicated how to remove the hinge rod from the drivers side of the tailgate. Mine will rotate to a degree but will not come out, even after removing a set screw/bolt from the bottom of the hinge on the pass side. all help is appreciated. 08 xlt 61/2 box
