Tail lights not working

I have replaced all the fuses on my 2006 F150 and still have no marker lights tail or dash lights working, what should be my next move?

You did replace F06 fuse in the fuse box on the inside correct? 6th fuse down all the way in the left. 15 amp. I blew mine today and caused the same issue
