Default Suspension Question

I have a 2004 Ford F150 Lariat Supercrew.

It had lowered springs on the front when I bought it and I put the stock ones back in and also added a Hell Bent Steel 2.5 inch spacer in too. I had what I thought was the stock springs for the rear also but there is no difference in the one that are on the rear.

How did the lower the rear of the truck?

Both sets of springs I have are stock ford parts and I know that because there are Factory Ford Stickers on the springs.

Is it possible that they put a shorter block in the rear to lower it?

Does anyone have one of these Lariat models that are stock and know the size of the block in the rear? Anyone have pictures of the rear axle that I can compare to? The axle has not been flipped.

I just need to raise the rear of the truck to stock height.

Thanks in advance.

The truck stock doesnt have a block. Check your shackles. They must have put drop shackles.
