Guys,

I'm just about to cross 102,000 miles and the only thing I've done to my suspension is replace the struts and shocks with new motorcraft units. Is there anything else that has a tendency to fail/impact ride quality on these trucks at higher mileage?

 

If it isn't making any noise and you are happy with the ride quality, leave it. You got the shocks and struts done, which is the important thing.
