Lube should not be your go to for this job.

You need to hit it with something that will break it free from the rust in the joint, some kind of penetrant. I like PB Blaster these days but pick your flavor favorite.

Two people helps with this job, one turning the wheel and the other spraying the joint. You need to really work the solution in there. Once you think you have it loosened up you can then hit it with some lube, preferrably something anti corrosive and non solvent based. I like Fluid Film for this kind of job but once again pick your favorite. Same thing as before, hit it and turn the wheel back and forth to really get it in there.

A simple spray and run often does not do the job or only very temporary.

Good luck

White lithum grease spray seems to do the trick to keep them from getting worse. I was getting a little sticking why coming back from full lock. Seems to have been resolved.
