So, I am buying new tires this weekend and having my alignment done at the same time. My question is this, I have a Tough Country 6 inch lift, and also need new shocks and struts. What should I replace them with? Are the front struts the same as factory? Should I just buy Motorcraft Struts and springs? I will install the shocks and struts myself, and really don't want to mess around with a spring compressor to remove and reinstall the old coils. Thanks.

In doing research all weekend on the subject, The front Struts are the same. The rear are for whatever lift you have. For my particular lift, Tuff Country suggests the same shocks for the rear as they would a Stock truck.
