It might be a vacuum leak at the fuel pressure regulator, or a vacuum leak somewhere else.

I was thinking about doing a leak test on the line connect to the sensor. Dielectric greasing the connection on frame, noticed my reverse lights have went out, leaning towards a connect through ground wire

Update: ended up putting a new sending unit in and seemed to fix it. Believe the issue was a mix of both the fdcm and sending unit.
