Nope. Just maybe make sure your policy covers aftermarket items you place on your vehicle in case you got in a wreck but you don't have to tell them.

 

No. One of my old cars got wrecked. I told the insurance company I was taking the parts off, then the yard they sold it to called and bitched at me about what happened to the motor...evidently a stock manifold/cams/plug wires/cai/exhaust in the truck wasn't cool...
