Default super charger?

I have an 05 fx4 with the 5.4 and an curious as to if a stock supercharger of a lightning or gt500 with the 5.4 will work? Has any one seen this swap and what all is involved or worth it?

Get the rouscharger package. This comes with everything needed and uses the Eaton M112 as the Lightning did.

That is a fantastic price for what's included!!! For an all inclusive package like that, I don't see why everybody doesn't order it!!! My kit didn't have all of those components and it cost me 2500.00 from Roush. If that kit had been offered for that price, I would have jumped on it back when....get it while you can I say...that price won't last long...

No none of those will fit nor can they be made to fit. Follow Scobars link on the Roush blower or snag yourself a Whipple.

Honestly, that price is absolutely f**king incredible! Especially compared to the Whipple which is around $6,000. But in the end I look at this and not to knock anyone running the Roush but it's still based on the old Eaton design and not even the TVS. It'll suffer from heatsoak, unlike the twin screw superchargers. I'm not sure if the TVS is as efficient as the twin screw or if it suffers heat soak like the previous Eaton design but I'd pass on anything utilizing the old school Eaton. When it comes to superchargers I'd say Whipple #1, TVS #2 and original Eaton #3.
