Default summit vs dynomax

I've heard that the Summit Racing glasspack is made by Dynomax and it is pretty much the same thing as a Dynomax Bullet. Has anybody else heard that? The dimensions are the same and they sure look alike. I'm thinking about true duals with an x-pipe and twin bullets straight out the rear or 45'd. Thought I could save some money if the Summit's were the same thing as the Bullets. Are the Magnaflow x-pipes any better than some of the other stainless knock offs on e-bay?

The glasspack is slightly different than the bullet. The glasspack is louvered where the bullet is straight through. Pay the little extra to do it right with the bullets. Be sure the ebay knock offs are really stainless and not aluminized, other than that a X is a X.

Thanks otto457, as usual you have good useful information. I love the sound of the bullets and was leaning that way anyway. Usually something worth doing is worth doing right.
