Default Suggestions or Help

Ok started the spark plug change.. 104,??? miles. Followed everything I read, had 6 break and 2 come out.. Out of the six that broke it was easy with the lisle to get 3 out totally.. Now my questions are 1.. How to you get just the electrode out of the bottom piece so you can use the pusher? The porcelain come out but left WHOLE electrode in.. 2... The puller won't screw in to the metal sleeve, its just spins and spins.? is it already free in the hole maybe? and number 3... While pushing the one sleeve, the little metal piece that usually just breaks 1 side, broke off totally, and I am assuming is in my cylinder.? How would I deal with that? Any and all suggestions are appreciated.. Thank you

You might be able to apply a vaccuum to get the broken piece out but I would remove the heads and go from there on all your problems. Sorry don't have to deal with the spark plug problem so I don't know a lot about it. There's a sticky on it, if you haven't read it I would.
