I know motor basics but am terrible without diagrams. Can someone tell me what the elbow goes too?

Reason I am asking is because I am searching for a vacuum leak due to P0174 and P0171 codes being thrown, and when I spray Carb Cleaner on the base of the attachement, the motor wants to stall.

I think it's a heater hose.

 

The base of that heater hose is just above the junction of the intake manifold and cyl. head. You probably have a leaking intake gasket.

I made mine out of a new metal paint can ,schrader valve on top, set compressor on 2 pounds and used cigarillos for smoke into the brake booster hose vehicle not running .
