So I go myself a 2.5" leveling kit for my 07 F150, here's my advice park your truck on level ground and measure from the ground to the middle of the top of your fender...then order your leveling kit!!!!

I went ahead and ordered my leveling kit and it came from HBS in Utah, seeing as I am from Canada I don't really want to send it back..but the long and short of it is that my front sits 1 1/2" higher then the rear.
I put a 2.5" kit on my 05 f150 4x4 last summer. And it leveled out perfectly. The thing is...you have to make sure the spacer itself is not 2.5" tall because it will actually raise your front end 3 or more inches. my spacer I believe was actually only 1.75" tall or something like that which netted me my 2.5" overall front lift making it level.
sometimes the height changes after alignment. Mine personally went down. I've heard of some guys going up though. Add a leaf is a great idea. Cost effective and adds strength for anytime you tow or haul.

I actually have a buddy that going to help me throw in some blocks, I'm don't have a quad, motorbike, sled or camper soo I don't need an extra leaf. Plus I heard that adding a leaf makes the suspension hard. I like mine just the way it is almost like riding in a caddy

Blocks work too! Depends what you're using it for. A leaf would be good in my case since I'm always hauling the quads, sleds, or boat. What size blocks are you going to go with?
