The little peice that covers where the power steering pump reservoir line meets the pump itself is stuck. It's hard plastic and will spin but not actually pop off. I've used pliers and everything else I can think of. I do not want to take the pump back off just to take this stupid cap off. On the other one I installed and had to take back it popped off like a breeze so I left it on this new one to keep dirt out until I had it on any tips would be great.
