Im looking to get straight pipes on my truck. Just cutting at the stock y pipe and straight back from there with an x pipe or h pipe. My question is should i get and xpipe or hpipe? And will the guy i asked to do it said that doing this set up could possibly make me check engine light go on so will it?

 

as long as you dont cut out the cats then you will not get a check engine. x pipes from what i gather flow better so go that route.
