Get your money back on your original ebay purchase. There should be several ways to do this, paypall, credit card charge back, complaining to ebay. If for some reason you're stuck with it, you can sell it for parts. A lot of the OEM headunits start flaking paint from the buttons and someone may want to swap faceplates.
LKQ is a large scrap yard that sells tons of stuff on ebay.

Go after getting your money back first. I've seen these stock units for sale here on the classifieds for anywhere from 30 bucks up to about 60 bucks, and the higher end procing is for the 6 cd changer.

The sooner you file a dispute with paypal, the sooner you get your money. This seller had to know this radio/CD was not working; if you do not hear from them within 24 hours, the odds are high you won't.
