Default STILL running rough, bogging down when cold

so i had a rough idle before even when warm.
changed plugs, found all seemed to have somewhat large gaps, one was burned off[see pic]
then after plugs were changed no more rough idle.
now if i dont warm up truck before driving off in minus 10 celcius or colder , it seems to misfire, run rough and even bog down really bad if you give it even more gas.
after its warmed up all these symptoms seem to go away.
whats the likely cause?

not sure what you mean but im suspecting a fuel problem since something had to cause this one plug to burn off.
maybe an intermintantly failing or partially plugged fuel injector is making a lean condition in the cylinder that burned its plug electrode off

It sounds similar to my issue. Already had a bad fuel injector replaced by dealer at under a 100k warranty they have on injectors. But they only replace ones that have actually failed and is throwing a code.

The same thing on mine only happened when engine cold. After that it's okay.
