Default Still Dieseling

For the life of me I cannot figure out this truck I'm looking to get some help and I was wondering if somebody here could help me out 2007 Ford F150 5.4 phaser kit replacement has been done and finished started vehicle and it continue to diesel has anybody run into this before if so let me know

Complete timing kit and phasers also oil pump

Did you clean out the oil pan? Were the guides broken? Did you replace the tensioners and VCT solenoids? What brand of phasers were used?

I got the phasers from Ford along with the chains the tensioners the guides the oil pump I got all the parts from Ford because I didn't want no problems and now I'm having issues

Faulty solenoids can cause some of what you're experiencing.

oil pan was removed and cleaned out there was no guides broken there was no trash in the oil pan I did not change the solenoids I was told that would not cause dieseling

If they're clogged/collapsed and depriving the system of oil, the phasers will clatter
