Default Steering wheel controls

So I'm fixing to get my truck back after the engine rebuild and with what I've spent thus far the wife says that I better plan to keep it for a while. So I'm looking to do some up grades. It's a 04 Xlt and I would love to have some of the newer amenities. So if I change the head unit and install one with the blue tooth for my phone is there a way to get the phone button on to the steering wheel like the newer trucks? Maybe swap steering wheel from a newer truck like an 08?

My alpine head unit advertised a way to keep them but it's something extra you have to buy, I
Don't know how much I'll see if I can look it up
