Default Steering Wheel

I was wondering if it is possible to swap out steering wheels in my 07 f150 for the one with the stereo controls on it? i would really like to have them since my past 2 cars had them and cant hardly go without them. also would it even hook up to the factory stereo?

From everthing I've read Ford didn't run wires so you will have a little work ahead of you.

yep, lots of work.

I just thought that they might have because they often run wires for amps and mirrors. (correct?)

Sometimes but not always the case. Some have found the amp wire there and some haven't. Some have the wire for the keyless entry and some don't, I think this one is depending on if you have power locks or not.
