Default Steering/suspension questions

Hey guys I have an 06 4x4 lifted 6 inches. I just bought it. To lift the front the guy used a 6 inch spacer. Blocks on the rear. The strut on the driver side looks like it might be bad, the spring inside the coil is touching the coil. But anyways, onto the real issue, when driving and turning and going over a bump the truck seems to sway over it. It is a front end sway. It doesn't feel solid like my last F150 did. I also noticed that when looking at the front driver side tire when going over a speed bump the tire turns out wards when going over the bump. What would cause this?? I will submit a video tomorrow so you can see what I mean any input is appreciated

A six inch spacer? Like, on top of the strut? Is that all that was used? Not an actual, real lift kit?

I really hope it's just not a six inch chunk of aluminum on top of the strut...

Not sure what the big deal is with the spacer. That's what all of the cheaper lifts for our trucks use.

I was thinking just a spacer...and nothing else.

What's the condition of your sway bar links?

You might want to get some Monroe quick struts , pull out the old setup and put the new setup in. You'll have to swap over the spacer to the new coil overs but your springs look wore out !! I just replaced mine and it took about 3 hours by myself. And I second the away bar end links if your swaying like that.

I will check sway bar links when I get home.
Would either of those two issues cause the front left tire to turn outwards over a bump as if I turned the steering wheel slightly to the left even though I didn't?
