Trying to install the Fabtech steering stabilizer last night, and I could not get past the first step of removing the frame bolts that hold the rack and pinion steering.

It called for a 19mm but that slipped so I used an 18mm that seemed to hold. Even with a breaker bar it would not budge. I soaked it with Seafoam Deep Creep and PB Blaster with no success. I sprayed more on and will try this afternoon. Anyone have any suggestions?

I was thinking about heating up the bolt with a propane torch and cooling it a few times to see if it will loosen...
