Ahh I'm on my last tour now, and even with the cold, I'm where I want to be. No better place to play around in a 4X4 than here.

UPDATE: The weather is 50 degree's plus today, so I decided it was a good time to test the "Below Zero Theory." I romped on the gas and sure enough, it stiffened up again. The good news is that everytime I intentionally try to re-create the problem, it works, so hopefully I won't get the "dealer cannot re-create the issue," excuse.

My steering has also been stiff lately and my fluid is right up. I am wondering if there might be a history of power steering pump issues. I would welcome any advise or info.. I thought it might have been the cold also but it is now above 0 degrees and still not right. (2004 Lariat Crew 4x4)
