Hello guys, trying to do the passenger exhaust manifold, I removed the starter which was working at the time, reinstalled it and it doesn’t turn over, the relay clicks. I cleaned all the connections on the starter, any idea what could have happened? 05 5.4 engine.

 

Could you have over tighened the solenoid nut? You can’t wrench it too tight or it’ll mess it up. Just a thought. Hope you get it working
