Default Stalling at idle after spark plug/cop change

Changed the plugs to SP 515 (none broke on extraction)and installed new accel COPs while I was at it. Took truck for a short test drive after installation an was running well. Took it on longer trip today and it stalled when I stopped at my destination. I also noticed the idle would drop below 500 RPM, then fluctuate between approximately 300 and 800 before settling at its normal 600. I did change the VCTs, oil (5W30 synthetic) and air filter about a week ago but it had behaved normally until today. I used nickle seize sparingly during plug installation and dielectric grease on the COPs. All connections seem intact. Any ideas or suggestions would be appreciated

Probably a dirty throttle body... You need to pull it off and clean it..
