Default squeeking question

Hello all, I am new to this forum and in need of some help...

I have a 2006 F-150 2WD screw, with a 6 inch lift and 29,000 miles. For the past week I have noticed a loud squeeking sound coming out of the front passanger side. It sounds almost like rubber squeeking but it is a rotational squeek. (meaning it sounds like breaks on a warped rotar) It only happens when I turn to the right breaking or not. Ive checked the breaks, the rotars and they look to be fine, nothing that looks like its rubbing or any shiners on the parts down there. If you know what this is or have heard of it before, please let me know what I can do to fix this and how much it should cost me.....

Thank you all

sounds like you got a bad ball joint or could be a over torqued stabilizer link.

Maybe the ball joint like atom said? Are ball joints difficult to change and are they expensive?
