Default Squeeking Driver Seat

I have a 2007 Screw Lariat that is low mileage with nothing wrong with it. Other than a squeeking driver seat that is about to drive me nuts. Its getting to the point now that is is sqeeking when going down smooth roads. Used to just be whenever I shifted my weight around and got in or out of the truck. I have looked into this and found that it is coming from the seat track assembly. I know what it will ultimately take to fix it. Replacing the seat track, but was wondering before I spend the 3-400 for the part, if anyone else has had this issue and fixed it in another way. I weigh about 200lbs so im not a huge guy. So, Im thinking that maybe some of you have run into this. Let me know if you can help.

Have you tried greasing the rails? What exactly have you found to be wrong with your rails that has you thinking they are faulty and causing the squeak?
