Default squeek and rattle.

the squeek has me more worried then the rattle. i noticed the otherday in the drivethrough at mcdonalds that my turck rattles with the a\c on in drive and foot on the brake, im sure its a heat sheild or something simple. but the squeek on the other hand isnt the belt, it isnt a constant squeek but more of a rythmic one that speeds up with the engine. it sounds like its coming from an injector on the drivers side of the engine that or from under valve cover. and after i noticed the squeek i also noticed a very faint gas smell upon start up. i recently changed plugs, and have kinda read that sometimes a loose plug can cause the fuel smell could this also cause the squeek maybe? id check but wont have time for a few days and i figured id get some opinions before hand since itll be a little while before i check.

Well the rattle is coming from the cat on the drivers side. Its not the heat shield thing, its coming from inside the cat. If I knock the cross over pipe with my palm I can hear it rattle in there. Does this mean I have a bad cat? Or do I just not worry about it till I have problems?

Same cat issue, like to hear the responses, before I install new ones.

Check the bracket on the pass side of motor first! Mine rattled bad and when I hit my cat it did same thing! It ended up.being the motor hoist bracket was loose. It's attarched to you manifold so it'll rattle if you move your exhaust. I would definitely check that. Free!
