Question Squeaky noise from engine

Hello everybody, I have a problem. I have heard a squeky noise about three times now, its only when i'm WOT and its shifting from second to third(i think its those gears) its around 80ish mph. I think it might be the belt slipping but i'm not sure, i only think this because one of my friend had the same noise and he said that was the problem, but he didnt have a f150.
Its a 06 4.6 v8 43,*** miles
Any suggestion/comments would be useful

its probably the belt hitting the timing cover, my 4.6 in my 01 mustang does it occasionally as does a couple other 4.6 buddies
