I think it's a common issue on the extended cab. Mine does squeak too, and it's anoying.

I moved the metal bar that the door locks into and it is a lot better but I have to give it a good slam!

I also have the squeak in my brake pedal. I had the dealer look at it awhile ago and it was some clip or something. Here is a pic of the part that is causing the noise. It's the yellow part which has a metal clip going through the middle which holds the backup lights wiring??

 

yea mine back door squeaks
