Default Squeaking problem, what can it be?

So basically after I installed my 3" leveling kit and 2" add a leaf my truck has started squeaking going over bumpy terrain, speed bumps, and when turning sometimes. I got under the truck yesterday and re tightened all the bolts for my leaf pack and also the leveling kit. Still squeaking. It's pretty annoying. Lol. So does anyone know of something else it may be? I tried doing some research but haven't found much so any help would be very much appreciated

What do the end pads look like? Mine came with these white round things that went between the new leaf and the one ontop of it near the end. Would that be an end pad?
And would it help any if I sprayed them with some type of lubricant?

Could be but any of them ive ever seen are black rubber abt 2" circles. On each end of the leaf. You can spray some lubricant in them but itll only last so long. Alot of friction lol

I figured out what it was. Its the clamp holding the old leaf pack thats rubbing my new add a leaf. I guess I need to take it off but for the time being I sprayed chain lube and so far its not making anymore noise
