Default Squeaking from driver's door

I have a squeaking problem that happens on my drivers front door while I'm driving down the road. It basically sounds like the door is moving around but I've checked all the bolts with the latch and everything and they are all tight. I can't seem to get the noise to go away. Any help would be appreciated.

Did you check to see if all the rubber stoppers were still in place

I haven't counted them, I'm not sure how many there are per door but you should be able to spot them fairly easily. If one is absent you will see a hole with a small wear ring around it. If you find all of the stoppers are in place I would try the window regulator because I have seen where few of the guys on this forum had theirs come loose and cause a rattle.
