I would appreciate any advice anyone has to offer. My speedometer on my 2004 Lariat 4x4 is not working. One day recently it stopped at 30 mph, and now it just sits at 0. I disconnected the 2 sensor connections on the transmission and cleaned them really well with CRC electronic cleaner and reconnected, but still no movement on the speedo needle.

What should I check next?

 

Buy a new speed sensor.
