when do you know your spark plugs need to be changed?

id like to know too. i ask the dealer and they told me not to even worry till at lease 100k miles. seems extreme to me

they are due at 100k but you can change them as often as you like.
personally i have 135k on mine and it still runs great, but the mpgs are starting to drop a little.
