Here is a picture of one plug i took out my 05 f150 alongside of a new plug from ford and i can not see any difference at all outside of the new one is a different heat range. The new plug is the new Ford replacement plug that is supposed to be one piece, but i just cant see the difference between the two.I will have to learn how to send pictures as i see there is no picture with this post. will post picture again.

 

The plug on the left is the original installed at the factory and the one on the right is a new { supposedly }one piece from my dealer. The old plug came out fairly easy as i followed the TSP and has 65,000 klms on it.
