Default Spark Plug Removal Problem

Hello all, I am new posting to this forum but I have been reading for a long time. I decided to tackle replacing my spark plugs today. I have been studying the sticky post at the top of the thread page so I figured I would be good. As I figured, 7 of the 8 plugs broke. I ordered the Lisle tool and should receive it Monday to finish the job (figured I should have ordered it first, but I felt lucky, guess I won't play the lottery anytime soon).

Anyway, I have one plug refusing to come out the head broken or otherwise. I can keep loosening it but when I try to go in and grab it with the plyers, it seems its still attached and won't come out. I was worried at first that the plug might be stripped out, but I can tighten the plug back into the head.

Does anyone have an idea why I wouldn't be able to remove this one plug???

I had one that felt like that way in the back but I found trash around the bottom and it didn't loosen at all. I cleaned the area around the bottom and removed it.
